The Sisel rank structure continues above OSM with titles like Two Star Master, Three Star Master, and beyond — each requiring progressively higher personal and group volume. As you advance, commission percentages increase and new bonus structures become available.

The real shift at higher ranks

Moving beyond OSM typically requires building and supporting a team of distributors — not just customers. This is a different skill set from what got you to OSM. It involves leadership, training, and helping others reach their own first milestones.
