The three things that determine how fast you get to OSM

After working through what it takes to reach One Star Master, it becomes clear that the timeline isn't random. Three factors, more than anything else, determine how fast you get there.

1. How quickly you develop genuine product experience

You cannot share something authentically that you haven't experienced yourself. The distributors who reach OSM fastest are almost always the ones who went all-in on using the products from day one — multiple products, consistently, long enough to notice a real difference.

When someone asks you "do these actually work?" and your honest answer is "yes, here's specifically what I've noticed," that's your most powerful selling tool. It can't be faked and it can't be rushed — but it can be prioritised.

2. The size and quality of your existing network

Not all networks are equal for this kind of business. Someone with 50 health-conscious friends who trust their recommendations is in a different position to someone starting from scratch. Neither is a dead end — but understanding where you're starting from helps you set realistic expectations and plan accordingly.

If your network isn't particularly health-focused, your path to OSM involves building trust with people over a longer period before they're ready to order. That's fine — it just takes longer.

3. Your consistency over effort spikes

The distributors who burn out fastest are the ones who go hard for two weeks, then disappear for three weeks, then go hard again. The ones who reach OSM consistently are the ones who do small, consistent actions every week — one conversation, one follow-up, one piece of content — without ever having a "big push" week.

Consistency beats intensity every time in a business built on relationships.
