Is this worth it if you never build a team? An honest answer
Most people who look at network marketing assume the only way to make real money is to build a big downline. For some business models that's true. For the EarnYourProducts model, the honest answer is more nuanced.
What you can realistically achieve without a team
With a solid base of four to six consistent retail customers, you can reach a point where your own monthly product spend is effectively covered by commissions. For many people, that's the entire goal — and it's genuinely achievable without recruiting anyone into the business.
In dollar terms, that might mean $150–$250 per month in commissions, covering a similar product spend. Not retirement money. But real, meaningful savings on products you'd be buying anyway.
What you can't achieve without a team
Significant residual income. The kind of income that meaningfully supplements a full salary, or replaces one, requires depth — multiple levels of distributors ordering consistently. That's not achievable through retail customers alone. If that's your goal, building a team is necessary.
So — is it worth it without a team?
If your goal is to earn your products for free and perhaps generate a modest supplemental income, yes — completely worth it, and realistic. If your goal is to replace your income or build something substantial, you'll need to go beyond retail customers.
The honest framing: know what your goal actually is before you start. Then you can assess whether what's being offered matches what you want.
