How long does it realistically take to reach One Star Master?

This is the question everyone wants a straight answer to. Here it is: for most people who are genuinely consistent, reaching OSM takes three to six months. Here's what drives that timeline.

Why "it depends" is also true

Three to six months is the realistic range for someone who is consistent — but the actual timeline depends significantly on a small number of factors. We'll cover those in the next post. For now, understand that the range exists because people's starting points, networks, and levels of effort vary enormously.

What the timeline actually looks like

Month 1: Getting started, products arriving, first conversations. Maybe one customer by the end of the month.

Month 2: First commissions. Two or three customers ordering. Starting to understand what works and what doesn't when it comes to sharing the products.

Month 3: Three to five consistent customers. Commissions starting to meaningfully offset your own costs. Getting close to or at OSM volume for the first time.

Months 4–6: Consistent volume. OSM qualification maintained. Products effectively self-funding.

What slows people down

Inconsistency. Pitching before they have genuine product experience. Focusing on the business opportunity before they can speak honestly about the products. Giving up after month two when things feel slow.

What speeds people up

Genuine enthusiasm for the products. An existing network of health-conscious people. Consistent weekly action rather than bursts of effort followed by nothing.
